Mr. Bulla has gained an interesting reputation as a very public spokesman for those who hold to many of the original teachings of Joseph Smith, Jr. and Brigham Young. He gained even more notoriety after he appeared in Godmakers II, released by Ed Decker's ministry. In the video, Mr. Bulla was interviewed in front of the Salt Lake City, UT temple with the spurious title of "Mormon Prophet" under his name. Bulla claims to be the "One Mighty and Strong."
